KK Real Estate Partners is run by Josh Krakower, based in Northeast Ohio. Josh has spent about a decade in real estate — purchasing, selling, and managing property across a range of asset types: multifamily apartment buildings, industrial buildings, government-leased properties, and car washes.

Through the group's management arm, 2040 Management, Josh operates rental property in the area day to day. That operating experience is why our offers hold up: we already know what the building will cost to run before we make one.
